OUR TEAM

Jerry Garcia, Co-Owner & Personal Trainer
Jerry grew up in Houston, TX, where his high school football weight room sparked his life-long interest in strength and conditioning. By nature, Jerry is a nerd who enjoys challenging himself physically and intellectually. After high school, he joined the army and served as a paratrooper, where his job demanded strength, mobility, and agility. In 2018, he hung up his boots, moved across the country with his wife and dogs, and enrolled in Lewis University’s BS in Exercise Science program.
After graduating Lewis U’s Exercise Science program and earning the Lasallian Mission Award from the department, Jerry received professional certifications from the American College of Sport Medicine (ACSM) as an Exercise Physiologist (EP-C) and from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) a Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES). Since he started training professionally in 2022, he’s worked closely with special populations at local gyms and Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital, focusing on working with people who have chronic neurological conditions such as Parkinson's and stroke. Beyond special populations, Jerry also works with young athletes and their parents, and he takes pride in working with people across their life spans. Jerry’s current clients range in age and ability from 8-99 years old, and he is always eager to take on new fitness challenges.
After starting his own fitness company, running youth fitness camps, and providing in-home fitness care for disabled clients, he was lucky to meet Kimberly, who has a similar approach to holistic health. They decided to open The PWR House gym together in 2026 to build a strong community fitness location in Carol Stream. Jerry loves developing people and helping them reach their goals, and he hopes to bring that enthusiasm to his work with The PWR House clientele.

Kimberly Radomski, Co-Owner & Massage Therapist
Kimberly grew up in Glen Ellyn, but from 2005 to 2008 lived in North Carolina with her husband who was in the USMC. She attended and graduated from Carteret Community College with over 1,000 hours of massage therapy training in 2007. She started off working at MCAS Cherry Point working on Marines and their families, as well as working in a spa in New Bern, NC. Since moving back to Illinois in 2008, she's worked at a few different companies. Over the years, she's worked with some amazing therapists and met wonderful people.
Her passion for massage started at a young age. She would often massage her Dad's shoulders when he got home from work. He regularly either worked overtime or two jobs when she was younger, and she always wanted to help out somehow. Her Grams also introduced her to Reiki when she was young, so the "holistic" approach to things always interested her. While she is a Reiki Therapist, her focus is Massage Therapy. She believes massage is an essential part of life. Massage therapy can be used to relax your mind and body, help injured or sore muscles, improve sleep, and so much more.
Kimberly provides personalized massage therapy that nurtures both your body and mind. We live in a world that tends to be chaotic and stressful; she would like to help provide a balance. She has learned several different techniques over the years that she utilizes to optimize her client's experience. She is currently learning about MAT work - MyoSkeletal Alignment Techniques - and is very excited to start incorporating this into sessions when needed. Every massage is tailored to her client's needs, and Kimberly is always eager to hear from interested clients!

Natalie Corona, Personal Trainer
Natalie is a trusted personal trainer, nutrition coach, and fitness coach who is ready to help clients achieve their goals! With almost a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry, she's honed her expertise to help clients discover their true potential.
Her journey began when she struggled with her own health and fitness. She gave birth to her second daughter over 3 months premature in 2017. As she focused all her attention on her daughter in the hospital, her own health took a backseat. Once home from the hospital, she knew it was time to find herself again. She researched portioned meals, macronutrients, ways to strength train from home and locked in on making lifestyle changes to ensure that her girls would have a mother who was not only physically healthy, but also mentally strong.
Her lifestyle transformation quickly turned into a passion; she wanted to further explore how she could help others who are in a tough season and are ready to start working on themselves. She started fitness coaching women online with at home fitness. She is certified personal training through National Academy of Sports and Medicine (NASM) and obtained her nutritional coaching certificate in 2023 from ISSA. Thereafter, she began helping clients build a better relationship with food through custom plans that aligned with their goals. Natalie looks forward to getting to know her clients, their goals, and getting started together!
